Milanese Escalopes

INGREDIENTS:
Veal escalopes
150g butter
2 eggs
Italian wheat flour
Bread crumbs
Salt

1. Beat the escalopes with a rolling pin until they are very thin.
2.Flour lightly and coat in beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
3. Heat a shallow pan with butter, and when foaming, add escalopes, and fry until golden on both sides.
