Panna Cotta

INGREDIENTS:

1 litre single cream
4 gelatine
300g sugar

1. Dissolve the gelatine in a bowl of warm water.
2. Heat the single cream with the sugar until it dissolve.
3. Bring to the boil and immediately add the gelatine water, Cook for approximately 3 minutes.
4. Pour mixture into individuals ramekins or into a dish and allow to cool.
5. Place n the fridge for approximately 3 hours.
