INGREDIENTS:
4 tomatoes
250g buffalo mozzarella
Basil
Black pepper
Salt
Extra virgin olive oil
1. Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into approximately one centimeter thick slices, and layer alternately on a plate.
2. Sprinkle freshly picked basil, ground black pepper and pinch of salt over the salad.
3. Drizzle with plenty of extra virgin olive oil.
