Rocket parmesan and pear salad

INGREDIENTS:

3 handfuls of rocket salad
2 pears
Parmesan
Olive oil
Salt
Balsamic vinegar

1. wash the rocket leaves
2. Cut the pears into fine strips and grate the Parmesan using a potato peeler.
3. Assemble the ingredients on a plate, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
