Chocolate Cake

1/2 Cup butter
3/4 Cup chopped dark chocolate, about 120 grams
6 Eggs yolk
2 Tablespoons sifted All purpose Flour
2 Teaspoon instant coffee
2/3 Cup water
1/4 Coffee liqueur
6 Large egg whites
Pinch of Salt
1/3 Cup Sugar


1. Preheat the oven 350 F.Line a 9-inch loose bottom pan with Baking paper.Set aside
2. Put together the butter and chocolate in a bowl. Place the bowl over simmering water. Allow the butter and chocolate to melt gently. Remove from heat. Cool Slightly.
3. Mix egg yolk and flour. Meanwhile, dissolve coffee in the water. Add to the chocolate batter. Stir in the Coffee Liqueur.
4.In another bowl, beat the white eggs with salt until frothy. Gradually add the sugar and beat until stiff. Fold into the chocolate batter. Pour into the prepared pan. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, Until Done.
