Melon and Grape Salad

INGREDIENTS:
1 rock or honeydew melon
1 cup black grapes
2/3 cup yogurt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon or basil
salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

1. Cut melon into quarters and remove seeds. Remove the flesh from the skin and dice into bite size pieces.
2. Cut the grapes in half and remove seeds. Mix the melon and grapes and place in a salad bowl.
3. For dressing, Mix together the yogurt, oil, vinegar and herb. Season to taste.
4.Pour the dressing over fruit and garnish with fresh herbs.
